This $500 scholarship, named in honor of the late Brother Anthony Smith, is open to minority male or female high-school seniors graduating from any public or private school in Springfield, Illinois. Applicants must have been accepted to an accredited college or university, have overcome a documented social, cultural, or academic struggle, and must not have previously received an Eta Psi Sigma Chapter scholarship during this application period.
