Eta Psi Sigma Foundation offers scholarships to undergraduate members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., attending an accredited college or university located in Illinois. In addition, scholarships are offered to minority male and female high school seniors from both private and public high schools in Springfield, Illinois. Scholarship recipients will have been accepted to and will be attending an accredited college or university.
